This is a fantastic beginners manual for learning how Whirlpool/Kenmore belt drive automatic washers work. Covers both how the machine washes clothes as well as the major mechanical aspects of the machine and how those parts work. This 99 page document shows the complete history of Thor wringer, spinner and cylinder washers from the teens thru the late 1940s. Included are complete machine views as well as parts list for the washer section (everything below the wringer) for each machine. Models include their twin tub, cylinder, agitator, gentle hand and agitator/spinner models. Very interesting read to say the least.
